We have recently acquired a Stratasys FDM printer capable of generating ABS plastic patterns for prototyping purposes.  The printer has been spitting out patterns for 5 wks now and I can safely say it’s the best investment we’ve made in years.  Basically, we’re using these ABS positives instead of production waxes from aluminum dies so our customers can prove out their designs or meet their short-run production requirements.  So far, we’re thrilled with both the casting results and the fact that we can turn parts inside of a week’s time.  Feel free to give us a call or send an email to learn more.   jlcsales@protocastjlc.com    818.882.7848 ext. 28

Our next exhibit dates are from June 7 -9, 2011 in Baltimore, Maryland at the International Microwave Symposium.

We will be located at Booth 3703 and look forward to having you drop by for a visit or call our office before the show begins and make an appointment to meet with one of our staff.

Our booth will have samples of our work including investment castings from the microwave, aerospace, automotive, defense and medical industries.  We will be on hand to discuss rapid prototype casting and production metal investment casting.
